A military photograph of the veteran.
The veteran’s name.
Branch of service.
Rank.
Years served.
Where the veteran served.
Information about military medals.
Photo submission deadline: November 1, 2026.
Photographs and service details may be submitted by email to toni@everyveteranheard.org or by text message to 562-756-8263.
Please include “2026 Veterans Day Event” in the email subject line or text message.

Photo Submission Guidelines
To help organizers prepare clear and respectful displays:
If photographing a framed picture, remove the original photograph from its frame first to prevent glare and capture the entire image.
Avoid cropping the photograph at the shoulders, as this can make it difficult to prepare the event’s standard 5-by-7-inch display.
If submitting a photograph in person, provide a 5-by-7-inch copy of the original.
Contact Toni Jean Munoz at 562-756-8263 for information about photograph drop-off locations.
Submitted photographs become part of the foundation’s event archives. Submission grants permission for the photograph and accompanying service information to be displayed during the celebration and used in current or future event-related promotional materials.
